Come shoot two different long-range competition disciplines this weekend, 3GN Long Range and PRS, at Virginia International Raceway this weekend
For those interested in competing in 3GN Long Range, be sure to check out this unique match coming up, from the mind of 3GN Long Range Director Joe Burdick. September 1-2, 3GN Long Range, in partnership with the local PRS club, will hold a “Combo Event” at Virginia International Raceway. Shoot a 3GN Long Range or Precision Rifle Series match, or better yet, both! To add to the fun, competitors are welcome to camp at the facility and enjoy a cookout sponsored by Carolina Board Company.
The cookout takes place Friday night for all registered competitors and staff, while 3GN Long Range director Joe Burdick will be cooking again on Saturday night for campers. The 3GN Long Range event takes place on Saturday, while PRS runs Sunday. So come out and camp with the crew, shoot two great matches and enjoy VIR!
“This weekend is a way to get both groups of competitors together, have fun, and bring the best people we know together for a break from the rigors of competitions,” Burdick said. “It will be a relaxed, low stress, beginner-friendly weekend. We encourage you to bring a new shooter or Junior for their first match, enjoy the food and fellowship, and lounge by the campfire each night.”
