3GN Cub Series matches taking place this weekend in Michigan, Illinois, Alberta, Tennessee and Texas, providing competition and fun for all!
3GN Club Series matches continue to pick up across the country, and abroad, as increasingly warm weather opens up more ranges and their competition shooting seasons. From a first match in Michigan, to an all-Classifier hose-fest in Tennessee, this weekend is packed with 3GN shooting opportunities. Check out these local clubs, and get in the game with 3GN!
Brighton, Michigan’s Livingston Conservation and Sports Association (LCSA) kicks off its 2018 campaign this weekend with a five-stage match, including at least one 3GN Classifier, Saturday, April 28. The match is slated to begin at 9 AM, running until 5 PM. The LCSA monthly match caters to the newer 3-Gun competitor, with monthly matches planned through August. Visit LCSA for more information.
Oak Park Sportsmen’s Club, in Plainfield, IL, is hosting a six-stage, bay-style match this Sunday at 8 AM, with a listed round count of 400 rounds! Range rules required rifles be limited to .223, 7.62×39 or .30 Carbine (no .308 or larger permitted). The match is limited to 75 shooters, and the match fee is $30; register now on Practiscore.
Our 3GN neighbors to the North get in the game this Sunday when Chinook County Shooters Club, at the Lethbridge Fish & Game Association Shooting Sports Facility in Alberta, host a four-stage match. Two Classifiers, “Times 223” and “Crash or Burn,” will be part of the fun.
Oak Ridge Sportsmen’s Association (ORSA), located outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, will be running a 10-stage, all-classifier match this Sunday, accommodating both 3-Gun and 2-Gun. The round count is 73 rounds for what should be an extremely fun day of fast shooting. 3GN is working with ORSA on this event by offering free memberships to all new members, helping to grow the sport in East Tennessee.

Corpus Christi Pistol & Rifle Club will host its quarterly 3GN Club Series Match this Sunday, scheduled to kick off at 10 AM. Five stages are planned, with a round count of 72 rifle (sling required), 76 pistol, and 21 birdshot. The match fee is $25, while juniors shoot for $20. Register at Practiscore.
