About The Show

The National 3-Gun Association, through media properties “3-Gun Nation Television” and 3GunNation.com, was formed with one mission: to promote practical shooting by shining a light on amateur and professional shooters alike, as well as the guns, gear and lifestyle that define the high-octane sport of 3-gun competition. Bringing never-before-seen cash payouts to the table, 3-Gun Nation is quite simply changing the game.

3 Guns. One Champion.

Mark Wills

Host, “3-Gun Nation TV”

Landing country music artist Mark Wills, an accomplished singer whose “19 Something” was recently voted #2 song of the decade by Billboard, might come as a shock to some firearm enthusiasts. However, Wills is an avid shooter, as evidenced by his continued presence at events such as the prestigious Bianchi Cup.

Wills is also a patriotic supporter of the U.S. military, with six visits to Afghanistan and Iraq to perform for the service members currently deployed in the War on Terror.

“First of all, it’s a privilege to provide a little joy and entertainment for these people,” Wills said. “The first time I went, it was a life-changing experience. The freedom that we have is not something that I take for granted and it’s an honor to be able to go over and play for these people—they’re literally giving their lives for us. And maybe by playing a show for them, you can take their mind off all of the bad stuff and danger, even if it’s just for a little while.”

Wills, who recently began shooting 3-gun, will be competing in 3-Gun Nation events across the country. This summer, when Wills isn’t on the firing line on the 3-Gun Nation Tour, he’ll be hitting the road playing concerts all over the United States in support of his new album “Looking for America.”

Chad Adams

Vice President, National 3-Gun Association
Co-Host, 3-Gun Nation TV,” Editor-In-Chief, 3GunNation.com

Chad Adams, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, began covering the firearm industry eight years ago when he was hired as assistant editor of NRA’s Shooting Illustrated magazine. From there, Adams moved to American Rifleman, where he ultimately served as managing editor. Adams also began working as a feature reporter for “American Rifleman Television” in 2006. In 2009, Adams was appointed to host NRA’s “American Guardian,” which focuses on self-defense firearms and training. A die-hard hunter, angler and recreational shooter, look for Adams on the firing line when not fulfilling his duties in front of the “3-Gun Nation” cameras, where as he says, “compared to the best shooters in the world, I should at least provide some comedic effect.” Adams resides in Kentucky with his wife and three children.

Pete Brown

President, National 3-Gun Association, 3-Gun Nation
Executive Producer, “3-Gun Nation TV,” 3GunNation.com

Pete Brown is a veteran producer in the outdoor industry and has developed programming for the NRA, NWTF and NSBA, as well as various other clients and broadcast projects. Co-founder of the National 3-Gun Association and Executive Producer of “3-Gun Nation,” Brown helped develop the N3GA in an effort to grow the shooting sports while giving 3-gun competitors their own series of events in which to compete for cash prizes - while showcasing the sport and its world class shooters before a national TV audience. An admitted poor marksman and self-described “embarrassment on the range,” Brown will do his shooting behind the camera, leading an unprecedented effort at capturing the sport. Brown resides in South Carolina with his wife and two children.
