Long appreciated as quality brass by handloaders, those wishing to roll their own can now purchase non-primed, first run, Federal Premium Brass for several different rifle and pistol calibers.

Rifle calibers include .243 Win., .270 Win., 7 mm Rem. Mag., .30-.30 Win., .308 Win., .30-’06 Sprg., .300 Win. Mag., .270 WSM, .300 WSM, .338 Federal and .300 RUM. All rifle brass is sold in 50-count offerings.

Pistol offerings include .45 ACP, .40 mm, 9 mm and .327 Federal Magnum. Pistol brass is sold in 100-count bags.

With .308, .45, .40 and 9 mm offerings, Federal Premium Brass can keep nearly any 3-gun competitor well-stocked in pistol rounds, as well as expensive Heavy Metal rifle cartridges, meaning 3-gunners can send more rounds down range without breaking the bank.

Is this premium brass different than say the FC .223 brass that no one wants to reload? I have not had any experience with this but I have taken the advice of many others and not reloaded FC brass due to its high failure rate.
